If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the cancelled portion of the order.

Custom and personalized products are made according to the information and specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details, including names, numbers, colors, designs, measurements, and other selections, are correct before submitting an order.

Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced by VNTD.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including cancelling orders placed at an incorrect price.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges may apply depending on the customer's location.

6. Shipping & Delivery

VNTD's shipping and processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, but during busy periods processing may take up to 1 week.

Estimated shipping times begin once an order has been shipped.

VNTD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Decal & Product Installation

VNTD products, including decals, graphics, stickers, plastics, plates, and other aftermarket products, may require installation.

Customers are responsible for proper installation and use of products.

VNTD is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect application, improper surface preparation, modification, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow installation instructions.

Once a decal or adhesive product has been installed or applied, it may not be eligible for a return or refund.

9. Aftermarket Products & Compatibility

VNTD products may be aftermarket products designed to fit or be used with certain vehicles, motorcycles, e-motos, or other equipment.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, VNTD products are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with the original vehicle or equipment manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before purchasing.

VNTD is not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from modifications, aftermarket components, different model years, or variations between vehicles.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the VNTD website, including logos, branding, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to VNTD unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use VNTD content without written permission.
